✔ Unopened & Unused Products: Eligible for a full refund or replacement within 30 days if in original, sealed packaging.
✔ Incorrect or Defective Items: We’ll replace or refund orders with shipping errors or damaged products.
✔ Prescription Adjustments: If a medication is unsuitable, contact us with a doctor’s note for assistance.

❌ Non-Refundable Items:

  • Opened or used medications (for safety reasons).

  • Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery.

  • Orders delayed or confiscated by customs (check local regulations before purchase).

How to Initiate a Return
